She’s a fur mom to a beautiful kitty and pup and has a passion for all things creative, fun, and perfectly styled – especially when it comes to drink presentation. Ashley brings a bright energy and eye for detail to every event we do. When she’s not busy mixing cocktails or setting up the bar, she’s balancing life with a full-time job and dreaming up new ways to make Two Tipsy even better. Her favorite part of the business? Getting to be a part of people’s happiest moments and adding a unique, personal touch to every celebration. She loves seeing guests enjoy the experience and knowing we played a small role in making it unforgettable.

Meet Rachel - The Operations Lead for Two Tipsy, bringing her expertise in branding, strategy, and client relations to every event. She plays a key role in event planning and keeping everything running seamlessly from start to finish. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for exceptional service, she helps create unforgettable experiences for clients. Outside of bartending, Rachel balances a full-time career with an active, adventurous lifestyle—spending time on the golf course, enjoying sunny lake days, getting creative in the kitchen, or relaxing with a good book and her dog. From planning to pouring, Rachel knows how to mix up the perfect event.
